With the roadmap in hand, customers embark on a series of small projects, with all details, prices, and timelines provided upfront for transparency. The company uses an in-house algorithm to assign a qualified cybersecurity expert to each case, eliminating the need for customers to search for one on their own. Customers are given access to a user-friendly, integrated platform to manage their projects, track progress, communicate with their assigned expert, and share documents until completion.
