AnyBio: AI middleware for biomedical signal data
Stephen Saine started AnyBio to solve the fragmentation and inaccessibility of biomedical signal data across health systems.
AnyBio provides the connective infrastructure that turns raw biomedical signal data into a standardized, accessible resource for health systems and the AI tools they deploy.
AnyBio builds AI-powered middleware that connects, standardizes, and surfaces biomedical signal data for health IT environments. The platform sits between raw data sources and clinical or analytical applications, making signal data usable without requiring custom integration work for each new system.
AnyBio’s core differentiator is its ability to normalize heterogeneous biomedical signals into a consistent, queryable layer. This removes the engineering burden typically required to work with waveform and physiological data, enabling faster deployment of analytics and AI models across clinical settings.
Biomedical signal data, including ECG waveforms, EEG recordings, and continuous physiological monitoring streams, is generated at high volume in clinical environments but rarely reaches the analytics or AI tools that could act on it. AnyBio provides a middleware layer that ingests signals from disparate devices and systems, applies standardization and enrichment, and delivers structured outputs to downstream applications. The result is a reusable data infrastructure that health systems and health IT vendors can build on without rebuilding from scratch each time.
Biomedical signal data, finally usable at scale.
