Cyber Pop-up offered a comprehensive cybersecurity service for its customers, beginning with the assignment of a dedicated Customer Success Manager (CSM) to guide them throughout their entire experience. Customers were asked to complete a questionnaire, enabling the company to understand their specific cybersecurity needs. Based on this information, a tailored Peace of Mind Roadmap™ was created, focusing on a prevention-first approach to cybersecurity.
With the roadmap in hand, customers embarked on a series of small projects, with all details, prices, and timelines provided upfront for transparency. The company used an in-house algorithm to assign a qualified cybersecurity expert to each case, eliminating the need for customers to search for one on their own. Customers were given access to a user-friendly, integrated platform to manage their projects, track progress, communicate with their assigned expert, and share documents until completion.
