Jocelyne Cooke
CFO
Jocelyne Cooke is the CFO for Bee Partners. Jocelyne brings more than 20 years of diverse finance, tax and multi-stage business experience to us. As our Part-time Chief Financial Officer, she is responsible for the firm's financial management, reporting, and tax as well as helping out with investor relations, human resources, and much more.
Prior to joining us, Jocelyne was the CFO at DCVC, and early-stage venture capital firm where she played a similar role. Earlier in her career, Jocelyne worked at Venrock, a diversified venture capital firm, where she was Vice President of Finance/Controller, and she also worked at PricewaterhouseCoopers, most recently in the Venture Capital/Private Equity Tax Group.
Jocelyne holds a BA in History from the University of California, Davis, and is a licensed CPA.
